Testify Presents: Obsessed - A Storytelling Show

Join us as we hear storytellers share their lives with us. This month's show is "Obsessed." True stories of madness.

We all go a little mad sometimes. There are thoughts that crawl into our heads and try to set up a permanent residence. They keep us up at night, and preoccupied during the day. Sometimes our obsessions are frightening to ourselves, and to others. Sometimes our obsessions bring us peace. Sometimes we find entire communities devoted to the very same obsession. When I was a kid I had a span of almost a year, where I couldn't stop watching a tv show until the name "David" showed up on screen. I don't know where this came from, and I'm not sure when it left or why. These are those stories.
