You can now measure your sports health at The Social Hub!

What does it entail? Through sports technology and simple tests, we will measure your main physical abilities and relevant health data.

❗️This is based on three tests:

HEALTH TEST:

> Body composition (fat/muscle)

> Lung health

> Stress levels

> Oxygen saturation during training

> Health index

PHYSICAL TEST:

> Flexibility

> Balance

> Speed and coordination

> Agility

> Endurance

> Strength

> Real physical age

> Fitness level

> Sports status

POSTURAL TEST:

> Postural alignment in frontal and sagittal planes

> Spinal deviation (Scoliosis)

> Dorsal and Lumbar

> Curvatures (Lordosis / Kyphosis)

> Body inclinations

> Body rotations

❗️IMPORTANT: If you want to know the results of each test you have to book three times! One for each test! ❗️

With the information obtained, you will know your starting point, where to focus your training, and the habits you need to be healthier and feel better.

Make your reservation, ask for Armando, and try your best. You've never been so close to getting to know yourself!

Special occasion! - Recurrently we do it on Wednesdays but this time we are doing it on Monday for the people that can not join on Wednesdays!
