A 2-day kitchen takeover by our friends at Manila, Toyo Eatery with a specially curated brunch & drinks menu for the 2 days! Limited slots available!

1130am - 4pm ( Last seating at 2pm)

Each seating is 2 hours with free flow beverages and a set menu of 5 dishes from Chef Jordy!!

Free flow beverages includes 4 cocktails - 2 from Christyne Lee (Head Bartender of Tess Bar & Kitchen) & 2 from Andrew Pang (Brand Ambassador from The House of Suntory) as well as beer, wine, prosecco & spirits from The House of Suntory.

Food Menu includes

Starter - Breads and Spreads (Assortment of Bread by Panaderya Toyo)

Mains - Silog Rice ( Garlic Rice, Egg & Dried Fish), Longganisa at Achara (Homemade Fermented Pork & Pickled Papaya), Torta ( Eggplant & Crab)
