Featured Deisginer - Delphine Pontvieux

Delphine Pontvieux is a multifaceted French-American artist with a diverse career spanning acting, modeling, the music business, writing, painting, and jewelry design. Born in France, she pursued an education in international business and foreign languages before embarking on a successful career in the music industry, working for renowned record labels such as Epitaph Records and Victory Records. In 1998, she moved to the United States, where her creative journey truly flourished.

In acting, Pontvieux has appeared in both film and television, bringing unique energy and depth to every role. Beyond the performance arts, she is an accomplished writer. Her debut novel, ETA – Estimated Time of Arrest, is a political thriller set against the backdrop of Basque separatism.

The novel, which explores themes of identity, loyalty, and political tension, earned critical acclaim and won several awards, establishing her as a skilled and engaging storyteller.

Additionally, she has penned short stories for anthologies and served as a regular contributor to various Franco-American magazines.

Her realistic oil paintings reflect a deep love for water, while her abstract works incorporate vivid colors and expressive strokes, offering personal commentary on human emotion. Pontvieux’s creativity also extends to jewelry design through her brand, NYET Jewelry. Known for its bold and innovative style, the brand combines unexpected materials like leather and rubber with luxury elements such as gemstones and fossils, creating avant-garde pieces that embody her distinctive artistic vision.

Throughout her career, Delphine Pontvieux has consistently pushed boundaries, exploring newcreative avenues and establishing herself as a dynamic, influential figure in multiple artistic disciplines.
