Magic. Mayhem. A wizard completely in over his head.Kaleidoscope Youth Theatre brings the wild, witty world of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld to life in The Rince Cycle, an epic (and slightly chaotic) adventure across space, time, and hairdressing.
Follow Rincewind, the most reluctant wizard in history, as he attempts to save the world from total destruction by a very large red star. Along the way, he’s joined by the world’s oldest hero, Cohen the Barbarian, a certified sacrificial victim named Bethan, and a talking suitcase with serious attitude. Expect druids, trolls, adventurers, a power-mad wizard, a surprising amount of peril and, of course, Death (but not fatally).
Mostly based on The Light Fantastic, with a dash of The Colour of Magic and a sprinkle of Sorcery, this fast-paced and laugh-out-loud show is perfect for Discworld fans and newcomers alike.
A gloriously silly, spellbinding ride for all ages.
