In a parallel dimension, a nuclear war on the planet TERRA caused by corrupt leaders forced the human race to retreat underground.
The side effects of the weapons used caused many to mutate into violent and bloodthirsty beings now dubbed 'The Fallen'.
Five once normal men, now reborn as disfigured but powerful warriors, have now risen against 'The Fallen' vowing to take back TERRA and destroy the mutant masses.
