DETAILS:
Round 2 of the 2026 Terra Trophy season heads to the hills of beautiful Kentucky. This round features a full 48 hour rally across the most iconic areas of the state.
The weekend will kick off June 10th in downtown Hazard, KY. Terra Trophy and Ultra4 will be on main street from 12:00pm-4:00pm to showcase teams and the Ultra4 Nationals coming in October.
From 5:00-7:00pm, Ultra4 and Terra Trophy will be turning laps at the new Thunderdome Short Course before the Ultra4 meeting from 7-8pm.
June 11th, the excitement will move to Appalachian Overland Triangle where the start and finish of the 48 Hour rally will be. Thursday will be a check-in, tech and media day for drivers and teams. At night, we will be under the barn for drivers meeting before the rally.
Friday and Saturday (June 12-13) will be the official rally days. Teams will leave at 8:00am and not return until Saturday. The route will cover 550 miles of the toughest terrain that Kentucky has to offer. From parks like Leatherwood and Hollerwood Offroad Parks to epic trails like the KAT and DBBB, this route will cover it all. (Thanks to Backroads of Appalachia for route planning)
Teams in all classes will be sleeping in the woods on the trails. Teams will be allowed 14 hours on day 1 and 18 hours on day 2 to rally and only the best will make it across the line before 3am Sunday.
Prerunners will be joining the fun again at round 2 short course laps. This will be a full 2 days of blasting the the beautiful AOT park of Kentucky along with the hot laps at the Ultra4 Thunderdome!
Back at camp you will find vendors, food, cold drinks, and a good time around the campfire at night.
