Eight-time Grammy winner and two-time Oscar nominee Terence Blanchard and his sextet launch our mainstage performing arts season and stellar jazz series all at once! The celebrated trumpeter and his band will focus on music from the critically acclaimed 2005 album Flow, on which Blanchard explored themes related to psychologist Mihaly Csikszenmihalyi’s theories on the connections between creativity, a sense of meaning, and happiness.
