Join us for our 2nd Annual Tequila Pairing Dinner on Cinco De Mayo! If you remember our food selection last year paired with the refreshing taste of Lunazul Tequila, you will be blown away once again! Featuring a 4 course Mexican themed dinner, you will not leave hungry! Then head downstairs to the bar for a live performance by Gio & Wil until 10pm.Our 4 course meal will be:
Course 1- Fried sope filled with fried beans, short rib and topped with queso fresco and drizzled with chipotle salsa
Course 2- Beef enchiladas, short rib, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese stuffed flour tortillas smothered in a roasted tomato sauce topped with a lime crema
Course 3- Chorizo and potato tacos topped with rajas con crema and crispy onions
Course 4- Honey fried plantains with toasted pecans and fresh raspberries served with vanilla ice cream
