Join us for an intimate evening (22 seats) at one of Chicago's newest bars, The Alley Cat, exploring the flavors of Mexico through expertly crafted cocktails and chef-created small bites.
This guided tasting experience features four unique pairings showcasing FINO Tequila from Destilería El Nacimiento (NOM 1455), with each course thoughtfully matched to highlight the connection between food and drink. Throughout the evening, Alessia will share history, traditions and production methods of FINO and the broader tequila category while Chef Jaymes Berry discusses the inspiration behind the culinary pairings.
