Discover the complex flavours of the revered agave spirits and let our host guide you through the intricate harvesting and distillation processes that are used to transform the agave plant into the range of spirits we know and love.
We will guide you through a selection of fine tequilas, and its more complex and smokier cousin mezcal; getting to know the different classifications of agave spirit from Blanco to Reposado…and beyond.
