Crafted exclusively for this one-night experience, Maize's own Chopped champion, Chef Jesa, presents a bespoke menu where each dish is thoughtfully designed to mirror and elevate the flavors of its paired cocktail. These creations are not available on Maize’s regular menu—each course is a one-night-only expression of culinary artistry and cocktail harmony.

Each course will be paired with hand-selected agave spirits, guided by Wild Common's team, who will share tasting notes and insights throughout the night. Chef Jesa will explain how each pairing enhances the dish and the spirit.
