This demonstration class will be lead by JC Cunningham, owner of PufferFish, tropical rooftop bar at Hotel Metro. Tequila 101 is all about showcasing the what, why & how of Tequila. JC will discuss the rich history and heritage of Mexican culture and the importance of agave to its national landscape.
Not only will you get the chance to challenge your taste buds with a tequila tasting, but JC will also be mixing you up his favorite Margarita and Paloma recipes. Chips and salsa will be provided, but please come thirsty!
