Whether you're a seasoned storyteller or just love a good tale, this event is for you. So, gather your friends and head over to Broadway Cinema on Broad Street for a night you won't forget. Wee background

Tenx9 was founded in Belfast in 2011 by Paul Doran and Pádraig ÓTuama (more details here tenx9.com), as a night for ordinary people to tell true stories of their life - not fiction, not fable. Stories with a start, middle and end (although not in that order necessarily). Stories that have the listeners wondering ‘What happened next?’ ‘Why did she do that?’ ‘Who is that character?’ or ‘That character sounds just like my Auntie Myrtle.’

Whilst Belfast is the city of Saints and Scholars, Nottingham is the City of Literature, we were born to do this :)

Very sadly, today as we release the next tenx9, Kris Hallenga, the founder of CoppaFeel has died at the age of 38. I know everyone at the charity will be aching and I hope I can show my support.

Tenx9 will always be a free event, so please don't let the request for a donation put you off :)

We won't operate a waiting list for tickets. If you have tickets, and can't make it on the night, please do cancel, as they automatically go out for re-booking, and someone else can enjoy them :)
