Join us for a remarkable evening celebrating the life and legacy of tennis icon Charlie Pasarell and the release of his new autobiography, Serving First: Dreams Realized and Lessons Learned from Family, Friends, and a Life in Tennis. Hosted by the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the Southern California Tennis Association Foundation, the evening will feature an engaging conversation with Charlie, renowned tennis journalist Richard Evans, and co-author Joel Drucker as they share stories from six decades in the sport. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a hosted bar, and receive an autographed copy of the book. Proceeds from the event support the SCTA Foundation and its mission to grow the game of tennis, making it accessible for all, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, or ecomonic means.
