***The Event***Join Dragon Defense Firearms School for a Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit Class on Sunday, October 5, 2025, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the Holston Business Development Center Training Room (2005 Venture Park, Kingsport, TN).
***Class Registration***
Class size is limited and online registration is required by end of day Friday, October 3, 2025 at dragon-defense.com/tri-cities-tn-classroom. The cost is $75 per student, for Tennessee residents, 18 years of age and older. Students should have some handgun experience, prior to the day of class.
(Special Note: Virginia residents, 21 and older, may take this course and submit their certificate as documentation of proof of handgun competency, with their Virginia application for concealed handgun permit form).
***Class Details***
This State-designed course provides a greater emphasis on Tennessee laws, has a range qualification, provides you with more carry options in our State, and offers you greater reciprocity in 37 other states, for those that travel for work or leisure.
This Eight-Hour, Instructor-Facilitated Presentation and State-Designed Curriculum Covers:
- Firearm Safety
- Marksmanship
- Care, Cleaning & Loading
- State & Federal Laws
- Weapons Handling (Includes Range Time/Qualification)

***Special Notes***
Handguns and ammunition will not be allowed in the classroom portion of the course at the Holston Business Development Center Training Room.
