Together, we’ll explore paradox and in particular two powerful energies:
Tender - vulnerability that pulses with courage,
Fierce - the fire of passion, protection, and presence.
Whether you're longing to soften or ready to roar, whether you lean one way or crave the balance, this practice invites it all. We’ll move from either/or to both/and ~ from polarity to fluidity, from fragmentation to wholeness.
Let’s dance it. Let our bodies teach us. Let the body of our community hold the wisdom we can’t think our way into or through.
