Tend To Your Temple: Metabolic Medicine, Matriarchy and Sacred Sound Healing Two women. Two decades of devotion to healing. One evening to tend to your temple together.
What if tending to your body was also an act of liberation?
On Juneteenth, one of the most powerful days of collective freedom in our history, we are gathering in Olympia for an evening that honors exactly that. The freedom to inhabit your body fully. To nourish it wisely. To understand how the way you fuel yourself shapes not only your own health but the communities you build and belong to.
This evening brings together the science of how the body heals and the sound of how the body restores, two approaches to healing that together create something neither can do alone.
The Evening Flow:
Cacao Blessing and Opening Breathwork
Tend To Your Temple with Allison Imel, PA-C, FTNP, Lecture and Q&A
Sacred Sound Bath with Kristen Rubis
Tend To Your Temple is a deeply illuminating conversation about metabolic medicine, matriarchy, and how the way we nourish ourselves is woven into the way we build and sustain our communities. This is not a diet talk. This is medicine. This is reclamation. Come ready to ask questions.
The Sacred Sound Bath closes the evening, integrating everything your body and mind received through the healing frequencies of live sound. Your nervous system gets to exhale. Your intentions get to land. Your whole self gets to rest.
This evening is for you if you are ready to understand your body more deeply, reclaim your relationship with nourishment, and experience the profound restorative power of sound healing in sacred community.
Juneteenth is a day of freedom. Come tend to yours.
Space is limited. Reserve your spot today!
