Get weird for a Temu-inspired event. Search Temu *or your favorite local thrift store* for a ridiculous outfit and a small gift for a White Elephant game. Wear what you like, a costume, a three-piece suit, or a ballroom gown —as long as it is inexpensive and out of the ordinary!Everyone is welcome, so feel free to bring a friend or their grandmother.
We will start at 3pm with drinks and snacks, then a casual dinner. We will provide the meat and some beer, but please bring some snacks or a dish for the buffet table, and additional drinks for yourself.
After dinner, we’ll play a White Elephant game (pakkeleg) to exchange gifts. Your gift should be very cheap, and can be either silly or practical.
Around 8 in the evening, we will move the party to the bars.
