This four-course wine dinner prepared by Perry Culinary Services is designed to highlight the depth and versatility of Tempranillo through carefully crafted food pairings that bring out the best in each sip. Each course will be served with a unique expression of Tempranillo, including Tempranillo from other regions (not only Spain) including USA. From young and vibrant to mature and complex, curated to enhance your culinary journey. Fellow wine lover and sommelier Ryan Shinn will be hosting this event along with Mary while we taste and discover this wonderful varietal.
