Temple Under Construction - Faith x Fitness

Join Hidden Treasure for a group workout to kick off our Wellness Is Worship faith and fitness series!

Join Bree, Owner of MamaBFit LLC, for a fun, Faith-filled way to dedicate the first of the new year to honoring our temples. This event is open to all fitness levels ages 20-39.

We'll kick things off with a prayer followed by a 45-minute circuit workout to a Christian “trap” mix led by MamaBFit. After class, stay for bites and refreshments, and connect with other believers who share your heart for Jesus.

Bring your friends (or come solo), move your body, and spend your Saturday morning in the best way.
