About this Event
Join TEMPLE OF THE STRANGER to celebrate the climactic conclusion of the holy day of Yom Kippur with ancient ritual, wild dance, powerful song, and profound connection.
Come with an open heart and prepare to go deep in this radical experience of transformation as we connect with the ancestors and each other, explore the contours of forgiveness, and regenerate as our radiant truest selves.
No prior experience with Yom Kippur is necessary. Open to folks of all identities.

Category is…. white, the color associated with death in the Jewish ancestral tradition. Go for a shroud, a Victorian wedding dress, a toga, t-shirt and short-shorts, angel wear, or whatever white sartorial confection makes you feel best ready for rebirth.

Led by Rav Jericho, a queer nonbinary rabbi, we champion ancient female wisdom and create spaces for profound spiritual experience.
