About this Event

Telling Tales Out of School is People for Education's annual fundraising event - a night of live performances and artful storytelling that celebrate the promise of public education and supports the vital work of People for Education.

Past performers include Jully Black, Jim Cuddy, Gordon Pinsent, Margaret Atwood, Sarah Polley, Wali Shah, Atom Egoyan, Steven Page, Eric Petersen, Mary Walsh, and many more!

This year's special 20th annual Telling Tales will feature live performances from Canadian artists, a special tribute to the legacy of People for Education's decades-long impact, and special announcements of a new award for education and a unique philanthropic gift.
