About this Event

Telling tales: bringing your family history to life

Margaret Atwood said: "in the end we'll all become stories". But many of our ancestors' stories remain untold.

This talk by Alison Boulton will explore the range of sources and resources available beyond the births, marriages and deaths which make up the family tree. How can the information we gather help to tell their stories?

Hear some tales which show that our "ordinary" families may not be so ordinary after all.

For anyone with an interest in family history

Doors open 7.00pm

Tickets include refreshments - £4 (+ booking fee)
