Tell Your Story So Customers Actually Get It
A simple, step-by-step way to map out your business story — so your customer feels understood, and you become the one who helps them win.
Do you ever try to explain your business and people just nod politely, not really getting it? You're not alone — and it's not your fault. Most small business owners know their business really well, but turning that into simple words that make sense to a customer is a totally different skill. That's what we're here to fix.
In this 2-hour, hands-on workshop, you'll work through two things. First, your own story — the moment you ran into the same problem your customers face, and how you figured it out. This is what makes people trust you, and you'll leave with a short version you can use anytime someone asks "so what do you do?" Then we'll flip it around to your customer's story — who they really are, what's bothering them, and what it looks like when things go right for them. You'll learn how to talk about your business in a way that makes your customer feel understood, and you the person who can help them get there.
No marketing background needed. Just bring an open mind and a notebook.
