Tell me a story!//kids yoga

Join us for a fun and interactive kids yoga event where we'll be exploring the world of storytelling through movement and play. Our yoga instructor will guide the kids through a series of poses and sequences inspired by popular children's stories, encouraging them to use their imagination and creativity while building strength, flexibility, and balance.

It is open to children of all ages and skill levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Parents are encouraged to stay and watch or especially encouraged to participate in the class alongside their children. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. We look forward to seeing you there!
