Entry Information
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone, entry is managed through timed ticket slots with limited capacity.
Door Ticket Availability
A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the door for £5 per person; however, online ticket holders will always be given priority entry.
If your chosen time slot has sold out online by the time you arrive, we may be unable to grant immediate entry. In this situation, you may be asked to wait for the next available time slot or until all ticket holders for that session have checked in and the organisers have confirmed that sufficient capacity remains available.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.
