Join the Twin Cities greater Community for an enchanting evening at the 1st Annual Sneaker Masquerade Ball, presented by Telescopes, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to being a beacon of light for our future Youth leaders. The Telescopes Mission is to inspire underserved youth to believe in, create, and achieve a more equitable and prosperous future for their families and community. Through programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and leadership, mental health and wellness, art, and technology, Telescopes aims to eliminate socio-economic barriers by investing in and providing resources, training, support and mentorship opportunities for our Youth leaders of tomorrow.

This event serves as a kickoff event and Community building opportunity. A black-tie/cocktail dress event with a twist, you complete your fit with your flyest sneakers and of course, a unique mask (covid and ski-masks not applicable). There will be best dressed award to be announced as the Sneaker King and Queen of Telescopes: 1st Annual Sneaker Masquerade Ball!

Dance the night away with the one and only DJ Sophia Eris. Sip an array of crafted cocktails, wine, and n/a beverages. Complimentary lite bites will be provided during the 7-8pm social hour, while food will be made available from 8-11pm by Gastrotruck. All attendees must be 25+ to attend this night of networking, giving back, and celebration.

Bid on exclusive auction items and experiences and enjoy live art by the one and only Liberian-born and Minneapolis artist Flahn Manly. You will also have the opportunity to participate in raffles, and mingle with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and creatives...all while contributing to our vision of a more equitable and prosperous future for our Youth Leaders of Tomorrow. Your presence directly supports our efforts to establish a Telescopes Community Center, a space dedicated to empowering underserved youth through education, mentorship, sport, and opportunity. Together, let's believe in, create, and achieve a brighter tomorrow!
