TEFBR - Sunday - Sand Run (BR Familiarization)

We will start from the normal spot of Sand Run Parkway near Portage Path.We will run the BR course towards Parcour's and Schumacher. We will turn around at Schumacher and head back to the towpath. At the towpath we will deviate off the BR course for two miles of towpath, and rejoin the course near the Chestnut Lodge (formerly Mingo Shelter). From there we will run the course towards the car (Nuthatch (formerly Mingo) and Dogwood) for a total of just over 10 miles.
