The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) welcomes the 2025 Electric Vehicle and Stored Energy Summit to the Texas A&M University campus, Jan. 7-9, 2025. As the world increasingly relies on electric vehicles and stored energy sources, TEEX introduced the EV Summit to encourage public safety officers, policymakers, electricians, first responders, and all EV Summit stakeholders to prepare and establish plans for incident management. This three-day event will feature more than 10 speakers covering various topics, from energy emergency training and lithium battery toxicity concerns to pre-response actions and EV crash testing. Attending this event will equip your organization and staff with an improved understanding of the unique requirements and best practices for preventing and responding to stored energy incidents.
The 2025 Electric Vehicle and Stored Energy Summit will be held at the university's Innovative Learning Classroom Building, located at 215 Lamar St. in College Station, Texas. Registration is $150.
