"Hello, I’m Dawn and I live with epilepsy. I have had so much support from Epilepsy Action to help me and my family understand and manage this and also from our friendly, local, Teesside Epilepsy Action Talk and Support group.

We are able to chat and share our experiences, to help each other and also people who just want to call in for extra information. We usually meet every first Wednesday of the month, but watch out, we sometimes make a few tweaks rather than completely miss out if the first Wednesday isn't possible. Join us and receive a very warm Teesside welcome. I hope to meet you soon”
