About Ali Yang:
Ali Yang is a children's book author, Navy veteran, and proud mom based in Colorado. Ali served seven years in the Navy, living throughout the Pacific, where her love for global cuisine and storytelling was deeply shaped. She now writes stories inspired by her multiracial family, her travels, and a desire to help children feel seen and curious about the world around them. In addition to writing, Ali enjoys crocheting playful, food-inspired creations and spending time with her kids. She hopes her books and crafts spark connection, cultural pride, and joyful exploration.
