TEENS: Sushi Basics

Teens, ages 13-17

Pick up tips on how to make the perfect sushi rice; learn a little about the essential ingredients; and then, following our lead, you'll create your own sushi feast. 

TEENS. For ages 13 - 17. Teens will practice more advanced skills.

Please escort your teen to the Cooking School where you will sign in. Teens will not be released from the Cooking School until the adult who signed them in returns to pick them up. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary so please ask your teen to dress in layers, with long hair pulled back, and in closed toe shoes.

• Cucumber Maki

• Philadelphia Roll (Salmon & Cream Cheese) 

• Dragon Roll (Avocado, Unagi & Tempura Shrimp)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
