TEENS: Perfect Your Knife Skills

Teens, ages 13-17

Discover the characteristics of a well-made knife; how to care for your equipment; and how to position your hands to chop like a pro. After learning to slice, dice, chop, peel and julienne, our instructors will gather the results of your efforts and create a quick meal. NOTE: you will focus on knife skills in this class and will not be cooking. 

For ages 13 -17. 

You'll practice: 

• slicing
• dicing
• chopping
• peeling
• and learn to julienne 

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
• Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
