Do you have a teenager in Essex who could benefit from some mental wellbeing support over the school holidays?Maybe they’re struggling with school, exam stress, friendship issues, or preparing for college or university. Perhaps there’s been a change at home that’s left them feeling unsettled. Or maybe you just sense they need support, even if they haven’t said it out loud.
Counselling and psychotherapy can offer your teen a safe, confidential space to talk freely, without fear of judgement or upsetting those close to them. It gives them room to explore what’s really going on, develop coping strategies, and feel more secure in who they are.
I’m a qualified therapist, BACP-accredited, and I hold a degree in Counselling with Psychotherapy. I also have an up-to-date DBS certificate, giving you peace of mind that your child is in safe, professional hands.

📅 I offer regular weekly sessions and ad-hoc appointments over the summer for added flexibility.
📍Based in Chelmsford, I primarily see clients face-to-face, but remote sessions are occasionally available for those further afield.
