A Writers' critique group for teens ages 12-17*. Teens should come prepared with a 3-6 page, typed and printed excerpt** from a story they are actively writing on which they would like feedback.This program meets on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month in the kids classroom at the back of the children's section.
Feedback is crucial for writing, and helps produce a piece that is best for readers. It also help writer's learn and develop their writing skills, as well as providing useful help with brainstorming and problem solving.
*18 year-olds may attend provided they have not yet graduated high school
** Please submit only age-appropriate material.
