How to Deescalate a Situation: Building Confidence in Young People
Equip your teen with the skills to stay calm, think clearly, and respond effectively when emotions run high. ✨
Join us for this empowering workshop where teens will learn practical strategies for managing conflict, expressing themselves respectfully, and making positive choices — even under pressure.
Through engaging discussions and interactive role-play, participants will:
✅ Recognize the signs of rising tension and learn how to stay grounded
✅ Practice communication skills that promote understanding and respect
✅ Explore real-life scenarios to develop confidence in handling conflicts
✅ Gain tools to resolve disagreements peacefully — at home, school, and in friendships
