About this Event

This event is FREE, generously funded by a grant from the City of Safety Harbor.

Ages 12-18 only. Sessions meet on Saturday, March 22 and Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 7 to 8:30pm. Please sign up for each session separately: You can do one or both!

Teen Unwind With Art & Mindfulness aims to provide a safe space for high school-aged kids to decompress from stress and anxiety through art, meditation, journaling, and more. These gatherings will foster connection between you and your peers, yourself, your creative expression, and safe adults. Come as you are!
