Girls 12-17 years old

In the Squad Goals: Find Your Tribe workshop, girls will explore the true meaning of friendship in an engaging two-hour session. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will learn to identify and cultivate healthy, supportive relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and shared values.

Girls will gain essential social skills, such as effective communication, empathy, and conflict resolution, which will help them build and maintain positive connections. By the end of the workshop, each girl will have a clearer understanding of what makes a true friend and how to foster those relationships.
