Teen Self-Defense Summer Camp at Shorecrest Preparatory School

Students will build the confidence to recognize potential danger, avoid it if possible, and if necessary provide de-escalation techniques and self-defense that is easy to learn, simple to retain under stress, and highly effective.

This system incorporates the most effective techniques that are the easiest to learn and access (if needed) from 9+ forms of martial arts including Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more.
