Each month, dive into practical, real-world topics designed to empower you and build the skills you need to thrive on your own. Registration preferred. This is a monthly program for youth aged 14 to 23.October: Understanding Our Brain, Our Habits, and our Choices with BrainWise
We will learn about our developing brains and how we can practice "re-wiring" our brains to better control our reactions to emotions and high stress situations. We will also explore the formation of our habits and discover ways to make healthier decisions and live substance free.
