TEEN LEADERS

The Teen Leaders Program is an engaging, skill-building opportunity for teens who want to make a positive impact by assisting staff with our Fun Club after-school program. Designed for motivated and responsible youth, this program allows teens to step into meaningful leadership roles while supporting younger participants in a fun, structured environment.

Through hands-on experience, participants learn valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsibility. They also gain confidence as they guide children, help manage activities, and contribute to creating a safe, friendly, and engaging space for everyone.

Staff provide mentorship and ongoing support to ensure teens feel prepared and empowered in their roles. The Teen Leaders Program is an excellent way for teens to give back to their community, build leadership experience, and develop real-world skills that will benefit them in school, work, and beyond.
