Teen Kingdom Academy Career Day

Prepare for an inspiring and productive day designed to empower teens to discover their purpose, passion, and career direction!

During Career Day, local entrepreneurs and career leaders will guide our teen participants through engaging sessions that help them identify their natural talents and explore potential career paths.

The event will begin with a group session focused on understanding teens as a whole generation by discussing their goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Each teen will also complete an individual worksheet to gain personal insight into their strengths and interests.

After the group discussion, participants will split into two age based groups for age appropriate workshops.

*Group A: Ages 13–15 — Focused on self-discovery, goal setting, and building entrepreneurial / Career confidence.

*Group B: Ages 16–19 — Focused on practical career preparation, job readiness, and steps to start earning income doing what they love.

Teens ages 16 and up will have the opportunity to register for real job placements on-site. Computers will be available for those actively seeking employment.
Teens are encouraged to bring their TN ID for job placement purposes , however It is not required to participate or gain valuable information.
