Teen Girls Empowerment Workshop: Leaving a Legacy of Authenticity

Free Empowerment Workshop Series for Teen Girls Ages 13–18

What does it mean to truly be yourself and leave something meaningful behind?

This final BT2U Sisters Rising workshop helps teen girls ages 13–18 reflect on who they are, what they value, and the kind of impact they want to make.

Through guided conversation and interactive activities, participants will explore authenticity, confidence, self-expression, and personal legacy while celebrating the growth they’ve made throughout the series.

Led by Pamela Foster, Author, Poet, and CEO/Founder of Buy U Some Time, LLC, this session gives girls space to think about the woman they are becoming and how they want to show up in the world.

After the workshop, participants will also be celebrated during the BT2U Sisters Rising Graduation Ceremony from 3pm to 4:30pm.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to register their teen for this free final session and celebration.

Lunch, prizes, giveaways, and graduation celebration included.
