About this Event

Teen Fashion Camp™ Fashion Design & Styling Program | Ages 13–17

Create. Style. Design. Upcycle. Think Like a Fashion Professional.

Does your teen love fashion, thrifting, styling, photography, or expressing themselves through creativity?

Teen Fashion Camp™ is an immersive, hands-on fashion design and styling experience where students step inside a real fashion studio to explore the creative world of fashion. Throughout the program, teens learn how professional stylists, designers, and creative directors transform ideas into complete fashion concepts while developing confidence, creativity, collaboration, and presentation skills.

This is more than a summer camp—it's an introduction to the creative process behind the fashion industry.

Led by Creative Director Hannah Be of Retrospect Vintage Fashion, students gain exposure to professional fashion techniques adapted for aspiring young creatives in a supportive, educational studio environment.

What Students Will Experience

Throughout the camp, students will:

• Develop original fashion concepts from inspiration to presentation

• Learn the foundations of fashion styling and creative direction

• Explore color theory, textiles, texture, pattern mixing, and visual storytelling

• Create professional mood boards and storyboard concepts

• Style mannequins and build cohesive fashion looks

• Experiment with sustainable fashion using vintage, thrifted, and upcycled materials

• Learn wardrobe editing and styling techniques used by fashion professionals

• Discover the basics of visual merchandising and fashion presentation

• Build confidence presenting and explaining their creative ideas

• Photograph and document their finished work in a professional studio setting
