Step into your favorite anime character's shoes! Literally!About this Event
Everyone knows that it is the custom in Japan to leave your shoes at the door, and there are many styles of house shoes and slippers available that people wear indoors, especially in the winter! In this class we will make Nuno Zori, a kind of house sandal (zori) that is made from old fabric (nuno). In addition to being challenging and fun to make, they are a great way to use up old fabric instead of throwing it in the trash!
We will meet in the Maker Space and have anime playing in the background as we work to set the mood. Sign up today, space is limited!
