Teen DBT Workshop

DBT Workshops offer a one-time psychoeducational introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy, helping participants learn practical skills for managing emotions, stress, and life’s challenges while connecting with others in similar life stages. This worksho is for students in 8th - 12th grades and is $100 per attendee. This includes all materials and refreshments; payment is due 72 hours before the event via PayPal, Venmo, check, or cash, with reduced-fee options available upon request.
