Teen Cuisine is a series of hands-on cooking and nutrition classes for teens. Learn how to choose healthy foods, prepare simple meals and snacks, and be physically active.
We will meet Friday, July 10, 17, & 24 from 10:00 to 11:30 am. Registration is required and plan to attend all three classes. https://rogerspubliclibrary.libcal.com/event/17069707
Every class will include recipe prep and tasting. Teens will be able to take the home ingredients to prepare the featured recipe at home. Ages 13-18
