Get ready to punch, sweat, and have a blast with our teen boxing classes! Learn technique, footwork & head movement plus cardio.About this Event
Your teen will build cardio stamina, relieve stress, gain confidence, and develop the skills and mindset of a champion! A great physical activity on its own or as off-season training for other sports, as our program has been shown to help with baseball, softball, hockey, football, soccer, lacrosse, basketball and more.
Designed for Grades 7th-9th (13 years old (by 6/30) through age 15).
Participants will learn technique, footwork and head movement, while working on heavy bags and mitts in a non-combative environment.
