Teen Bat Crawl

As the sun starts to dip, the night shift takes flight! Join a naturalist and a trained bat monitor for an evening hike in search of bats, then gather around the fire for a bat chat and s’mores! Explore behaviors and adaptations while keeping your eyes to the skies for this bat-tastic evening.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 13-18. Participants younger than 18 must have a parent or guardian remain onsite for the duration of the program.

The hike will be about 1 mile on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
